Reservations

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are confirmed upon receipt of a check, credit-card information, or purchase order.

Payment

Workshop tuition is billed in US dollars or in euros for European participants. This rate includes all course materials and supplies. Lodging, meals, and transportation are not included.

Refunds and cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule your workshop reservations as follows:

Up to two weeks in advance:	Full refund
Up to one week in advance:	Reschedule only
Less than one week in advance:	No refunds, no rescheduling
