Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are confirmed upon receipt of a check, credit-card information, or purchase order.

Payment
Workshop tuition is billed in US dollars or in euros for European participants. This rate includes all course materials and supplies. Lodging, meals, and transportation are not included.

Refunds and cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule your workshop reservations as follows:

| Less than one week in advance: | No refunds, no rescheduling |
Onsite training courses are subject to the following refund terms:
| Up to one month in advance: | Full refund or credit for amount invoiced |
| Up to two weeks in advance: | Reschedule only |
| Less than two weeks in advance: | No refunds, no rescheduling; full invoice amount due plus non-refundable expenses |
