BlueCat Priority Support

BlueCat® Priority Support is ideal if you require short response times, unlimited access, corrections to known or observed defects and assistance at the implementation level. BlueCat Priority Support is not limited to number of calls. (BSP porting or consulting is not included).

BlueCat Priority Support provides all the features of Maintenance Support and more:

• access to LynuxWorks™' North American and European support centers during business hours
• best-effort response within four working hours
• FTP access for maintenance updates and documentation
• service for current BlueCat release plus N-1 (no upgrades)
• reponses concerning command syntax, functionality of system calls, device facilities, and utilities at the level of the reference manual
• provision of patches for critical errors

Block-of-Time Support
