LynuxWorks Engineering Executive to Present at Multicore Expo 2009

SAN JOSÉ, Calif., March 16, 2009 — Arun Subbarao, vice president of engineering at LynuxWorks™, Inc., a world leader in embedded software, will present a paper on the challenges of multicore processor design on March 19 at Multicore Expo 2009.

Subbarao's session, titled "Operating System and Hypervisor Considerations in Designing Multicore Solutions," will explore the obstacles software engineers face in the design of multicore systems and related applications and enumerate factors and solutions to be considered during development—specifically when transitioning from single core to multicore systems.

Multicore Expo 2009, which runs from March 16-19 in Santa Clara, Calif., bills itself as "the only conference delivering real developer solutions for multicore and multiprocessing design."
