SAN JOSÉ, Calif., March 13, 2000—Lynx Real-Time Systems, Inc., today announced a new low price for the BlueCat™ Linux 1.0 Development Kit.

BlueCat 1.0 support

The 30 days of installation support included with the purchase of BlueCat 1.0 is defined as assistance with the installation and configuration of BlueCat Linux on the development (host) system.

Customers requiring more comprehensive support can subscribe to Lynx' Incident Support Package for 10 incidents requiring support or the Priority Support Package for team development. Lynx also offers 24/7 and long-term 15-year support. All support programs provide customer access to Lynx response centers by telephone, fax and e-mail with initial call-back within four hours on the lowest level of support to immediate response on priority packages.
