Xilinx provides the answer with the Virtex-4™ ML 401 Evaluation Platform. Powered by the XC4VLX25 device and supported by industry-standard peripherals, connectors, and interfaces, the Virtex-4 ML401 Evaluation Platform provides a rich feature set that spans a wide range of applications.

This evaluation platform includes power supply (localized to U.S., U.K., or EC), 32-MB Compact Flash card and built-in demonstrations. Development tools and PC4 download cable are not included and must be ordered separately.
