The CM4 from GE Fanuc (formerly from SBS Technologies) is a 3U PowerPC® CompactPCI single-board computer at 400 to 500MHz. Up to 512MB 100MHz SDRAM with ECC. Up to 64MB Flash, 64-bit. Optional fast Ethernet 10/100Mbit. Two asynchronous RS-232 serial channels. Two DMA channels. Four timer/counters. Conduction cooling, 40°C to +70°C.
