Cirrus Logic CS89712Ultra-low-power embedded applications
The Cirrus Logic® CS89712 development board is an ultra-low-power, high-performance system-on-chip with integrated network functionality. It is ideally suited for communication appliance applications such as: VoIP telephony, screen phones, web appliances, and other networked applications.
The Cirrus Logic CS89712 development board is based on the ARM720T processor. The ARM720T processor has 8 K-bytes of cache, a write buffer and an enhanced memory management unit (MMU) that allows support for sophisticated embedded operating systems like BlueCat® embedded Linux®.
