ADI Engineering BRH Reference Platform Big-endian-capable evaluation platform for XScale

ADI Engineering BRH Boards
BlueCat Embedded Linux v. 4.0
Architecture: ARM
Processor group: XScale® 80200
Markets: networks, telecommunications
Many of our target-support guides for BlueCat Linux are available for download.
Please consult the board-support guide or contact us for specific platform features supported.

By combining the industry-leading XScale™ performance with flexible endian support, the BRH can accelerate time-to-market of demanding data communications, networking, and high-performance embedded computing applications.

What sets the BRH apart is its use of a Xilinx® Virtex-E™-based (XCV200E) Big Endian Companion Chip (BECC). The BECC implements ADI Engineering's XScale-optimized SDRAM controller that is fully capable of sustaining an industry-leading 800 Mbytes of SDRAM bandwidth, up to 10x the sustained memory bandwidth of first-generation XScale designs.

Visit ADI Engineering for more information and documentation on the BRH.
